2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, and Asia. Delivery times vary by destination. All orders currently ship from the United States, with plans to expand to local vendors in other regions in the future.

3. How are items priced and is shipping included?

All Items are print-on-demand rather than held in inventory, which results in higher pricing. Shipping within the United States is included in the listed price. For orders shipping outside the U.S., shipping and any applicable customs or import fees are calculated and included in the total cost at checkout.

4. Do 8x8 employees receive a discount on store items?

At this time, company-wide employee discounts are not available. However, departments or teams can request discount codes for their employees.

5. Can I place a bulk order?

Yes. You can order as many items as needed and ship them to one location, or place separate orders if shipping to multiple addresses. If you need assistance with orders of 50 or more items, please use the contact form on the site.

6. Can I change, cancel or return my order?
